How will it be delivered?
All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by First Class Delivery post or Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
* Free Delivery for Orders Over £50.00 (excluding postage) For Limited Time Only.
If your order totals £50.00 or above (excluding postage) we will not charge for normal first class delivery. There is still charge of £6.99 if you choose to send your order via next day delivery if your order total below £75.00
You can choose exactly which service we use for your order (First Class or Special Delivery). However, if your order qualifies for free First Class or special delivery otherwise we charge £3.99 for First Class & £6.99 for special next day delivery if you requested

For Others Product:
- £3.99 for United Kingdom First Class Delivery.
First Class Delivery is normally received within 2 to 3 days after clearance of your payment.
Next Day Royal Mail Delivery (Signed For):
Special Next Day Royal Mail Delivery is available for an extra £6.99 (£3.99 + £6.99) or if your order totals £75.00 or above (excluding postage) than we will send your order via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery at no extra charge (We charge £3.99 if you items other than Herbal Viagra (Libido Plus For Men, Ginseng Complex, Libidus, LibidoFemme).
Orders must be placed before 4pm (Mon-Thursday only) to be guaranteed to reach you the following day before 1pm.
- Next day delivery is available only to the addresses in the UK.
- Special Next Day Delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to reach the customer by 1pm the next working day (Mon-Thursday only).
For Orders Over £75.00 (excluding postage).
If your order totals £75.00 or above (excluding postage) and you do not wish your order to be sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, you may choose First Class Delivery during the checkout process.
Important - if you selected not to have your order sent free Next Day Delivery then you agree to take responsibility if your order to be lost in transit - this means that you waiver the right to a refund or replacement of your order not arrive.
How long will it take to arrive?
To work out how long it'll take to get your stuff, add the availability of the item onto the delivery time.
First Class Ddelivery time is 2-3 working days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it within 2-3 days after placing your an order.
Next Day Delivery time is one days, so if you order an item with 24-hour availability you should receive it next days before 1 pm after placing your order before 4pm (Mon-Thursday only) .
How do I get Free Delivery?
If your order is eligible for free Delivery, there's no delivery charge--your order is delivered free. But you must remember to select Delivery Option that your order is eligible for otherwise we charge for other delivery option that you selected
if your order having only LibidoPlus, Ginseng Complex, Libidus or LibidoFemme then its eligible for Free First Class Delivery, we charge you £6.99 if you choose Next day delivery option
if your order over £75.00 then its eligible for Free Next Day Delivery, there's only £3.99 charge if you order other than LibidoPlus, Ginseng Complex, Libidus or LibidoFemme. Still you can choose First class delivery if you don't want to receive on next day. For Next Day delivery someone has to sign when order deliver to your door step, If no one is at home to sign for the item, postman should leave a card explaining where to collect your item or how to get the item redelivered.
